Brand New 3 Bedroom Bay Area Homes For $183,925

HAYWARD — If you have wondered if you would ever be able to buy your own home, this could be the perfect opportunity. Builder D.R. Horton is constructing a new community of single-family homes in Hayward. Two three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom homes with 1549 square feet of living space will be sold at $183,925. The home buyers will be chosen by a random lottery.

In addition, two four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom homes with 1810 square feet of living space will be sold for $463,356. Again, the home buyers will be chosen by a random lottery.

There are income restrictions for the homes. For the three bedroom homes, the maximum income for a single person household is $78,500. For a four person household it’s $112,150. Here is a chart of the breakdown.

For the four bedroom homes, the income restrictions are significantly higher. The maximum income for a single person household is $124,250. For a four person household it’s $177,500. Here is a chart of the breakdown.

The new La Playa Place community of single-family homes is near Southland Mall. The deadline to enter the drawings for the homes is Feb. 5.
